Alex’s role in a nutshell is to conduct the orchestra (‘engine of production’) at Salocin Group, so our client work is delivered smoothly and efficiently. Success to him means being easy to work with, outputting at speed and prioritising delivery of value every step of the way.

Alex is CIM qualified and has 18 years’ agency-side production experience working with a wide range of brands across finance, FMCG, automotive, retail, education, government and not-for-profit.

With roles spanning client services, project management, service delivery and operations, he’s delivered projects and programmes of all shapes and sizes across numerous channels, technologies and time zones.

Alex is a highly logical and natural problem-solver (often described as a ‘human calculator’, though he isn’t overly keen on that description!), bringing systems-thinking and a highly analytical data-driven approach to every challenge.

His background in client management means he brings a client-centric lens to how the business operates and functions, recognising that happy clients are the lifeblood of the agency.

His strong experience in project management/delivery means he knows how to unlock the power potential of teams and get brilliant work out the door smoothly, quickly and efficiently.
