Our client – a global leader in business mobility – faced a critical bottleneck in their campaign delivery process. Producing brand-compliant email copy was slow, costly and reliant on external writers, delaying launches and consuming budget. We partnered with their CRM team to advise on a scalable, AI-driven solution that could generate high-quality, compliant copy in minutes.

The challenge was enabling this capability entirely within their secure Copilot Studio environment – a platform optimised for compliance, not creativity. This required a strategic approach to prompt design, logic frameworks and workflow architecture.

From prompts to performance

We advised on:

  • Mapping workflows and identifying automation opportunities
  • Designing the conceptual framework for AI agent logic and decision trees
  • Developing prompt strategy aligned with brand tone, psychology and culture
  • Recommending interaction patterns and quality assurance approaches
  • Guiding an iterative rollout strategy in line with internal roadmaps

The client implemented the solution, building the AI agent, prompts and integrations within their systems. Our strategic input enabled them to unlock creativity within compliance constraints.

Speed, savings and scale

The new AI copy capability is now delivering compliant content in minutes – resulting in an estimated $150k in annual savings. The CRM team now controls the end-to-end copy process, with faster launches, stronger localisation and no dependency on external writers.
