How to deliver a more data driven approach to fundraising

By Wood for Trees | 11 Nov 2021

Join Wood for Trees MD, Jon Kelly, and Symon Russell, Director of Individual Giving at Air Ambulance Charity Kent Surrey Sussex (KSS), as they discuss how a more data driven, evidence based approach to fundraising can optimise supporter engagement and income generation for charities and not-for-profit organisations.

Symon’s team primarily uses our InsightHub charity benchmarking and reporting tool to plan, monitor and evaluate fundraising programmes, segment supporter groups and manage campaign engagement, whilst also comparing their performance against other charities.

In this free, live webinar, Symon will explain why having optimised, relevant data and meaningful, actionable insight has been key in the transformation of KSS’ individual giving strategy and campaign execution. He’ll outline why InsightHub was needed, how it’s been used and what changes have been implemented by the charity since using it.

Jon will give a demo of the platform, highlighting key statistics and trends from KSS, how these relate to the real-time benchmark data consisting of 10m supporters across a range of charities, and how they relate back to Symon’s individual giving strategy and decision making.

At the end of the webinar, there’ll be a Q&A session where you’ll have the chance to ask Jon and Symon any questions.

Register now! In the meantime, you can download our KSS case studies and read our guest blog featuring Symon.
